How do I use my Travel eCode?

No. The Travel eCode program is flexible and permits you to use your entire Savings Bank Balance on a single or multiple reservations until your Savings Bank Balance is empty. The amount that you may apply to each reservation is determined by the parameters of your search and the savings available through the hotels and resorts that you choose.
Do I have to use my Travel eCode on one reservation?

Yes. You may add multiple eCodes to your account for additional savings and a larger savings bank.

Can I combine multiple eCodes for additional savings?
No. There is no minimum stay required. You can stay for a minimum of 1 night or the maximum nights allowed for that hotel.
Is there a minimum stay required?

Reservations booked on the website cannot be changed or modified once booked, but may be cancelled per the terms and conditions. Cancellation policies will vary depending on the hotel/resort you selected. Cancelled reservations may incur a cancellation fee.

Can I change/cancel my reservation? Is it refundable?

Yes, if the amount of savings for the selected hotel or resort is equal to the amount of your Savings Bank Balance, the entire amount will be applied to your reservation automatically.
Can I use the entire amount of my eCode for my reservation?
With over 1,000,000 properties available through the Travel eCode program, you will find familiar brands and hotels around the world.
What hotels are available in the Travel eCode program?
You may receive an email that states your eCode expires 1 year from the date you activate it, but if you do not use your eCode within that time, please contact us and we can extend the expiration date at no charge.
Do my eCodes ever expire?
Yes.  A non-activated eCode is fully transferable. Once activated, an eCode cannot be transferred and personal information cannot be changed. The person activating the eCode must be the person traveling/using the service.

Can I give my eCode to a friend or family member?
